Easy Sunday Meal: Garlic & Butter Roasted Chicken
Have you ever think of cooking something easy especially after having a very long working day or maybe on your lazy Sunday? Usually I love to cook Mixed Roasted Chicken as I just need to mix everything and roast it.
But sometimes I feel boring with the same recipe and now I had modified the recipe but still with the same concept, east meal. This style of roasting is very easy to follow especially for the beginners in cooking world.
Here is how you going to make
Garlic & Butter Roasted Chicken
Ingredient
300gm of boneless chicken
200gm of potatoes
50gm of butter
Salt & Pepper for taste
Fresh or Dried Parsley
200gm of potatoes
50gm of butter
Salt & Pepper for taste
Fresh or Dried Parsley
Lets Start?
Cut potatoes into wedges
Cut the chicken into smaller size
Melt the butter (I am using Microwave as mine was damn hard). Add 1 table spoon of chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
Place the mixture, chicken and potatoes in a big bowl and mix it up. In the meantime, you need to heat your oven for 5 minutes at 190 Celsius
Place the garlic & butter marinated chicken onto non-stick baking pan. The chicken skin should be on the upper side. Sprinkle some dried Parsley and some salt. Coat the base of the baking pan with sunflower oil.
Next, put the baking pan with the marinated chicken and potato in the oven for 30 minutes before bring it out to turn the the other side of the chicken and roast it for another 10 minutes.
Finally, to make the chicken skin crispy, turn the chicken side again (the skin should be on upper side) and roast it for 5 to 10 minutes at 240 degree, or until its a little bit brownish.
Finally?
This is really cheap and delicious chicken meal. You can enjoy it with any of your prefer sauces too. Besides, you don't have to worry if its tasteless (maybe you put less salt when marinating) because you can just sprinkle some salt and pepper to add more taste to your meal.
