Quick & Easy Meal: HOME MADE Fried Satay

One of my favorite dish to cook at home is Fried Satay. Usually we will have it grilled with charcoal, but this friend version is much more simple, quick and delicious. This Fried Satay is very suitable for your dinner or side dishes for your home party. 

Here are the ingredient


INGREDIENT A

500gm or chicken/beef/rabbit (I am using Chicken for my cooking)
2 table spoon of white sugar
2 table spoon of brown sugar
2 table spoon of honey
2 teaspoon of salt

Cut the chicken fillet into bite size


INGREDIENT B

As for following ingredients, you need to roughly blend it:
2 table spoon of coriander
2 teaspoon of cumin
1 table spoon of white pepper
6 cloves of garlic
1 inch of ginger
1 inch of galangal
4 sticks of lemongrass (chopped)
1/2 inch of fresh turmeric

How to make it?


Mix all ingredient B and Ingredient A and keep it for at least for 1 hour or one night in the refrigerator.

Yeah! Mix it up mate! and keep it in fridge for at least an hour. if you are real hungry, nothing wrong to instantly cook it


Heat your cooking pan and put some oil for frying (4 table spoon is enough for me) and cook the chicken until cook. In the meantime, if its too dry, you can add another 2 table spoon of cooking oil  and your Fried satay should be ready by then.
