Ho Chiak Malacca: Satay Celup Capitol

Well, I won't write so much about this Satay Celup Capitol because there are so many bloggers wrote the same story. Basically, there are some famous places for Satay Celup in Malacca, and this is one of the place. We are very lucky when coming to this Satay Celup restaurant as the queue is shorter than usual day. We arrived here around 8.00pm on weekdays which maybe the cause why least people on the queue.

People queuing before be seated. The queue during our visit was really short and we just wait for about 30 minutes before be seated. In certain cases, customer need to queue longer and its really testing your patient.

Above photos are the signboard and notification about the Capitol Satay Celup. Open from 5.00pm and this is the only outlet for Capital Satay Celup.

Photo above are various kind of items for grab. Each different colours of plate is actually referred to a different prices. One stick of items above will cost you RM0.70, which I remember many years ago, its only RM0.30

I mostly chose this kind of fish balls and more balls. Actually I love process foods but I know we shouldn't eat this kind of foods so much. So, this is my first Satay Celup since 5 years ago. Hahaha. really long time to count.

The 'bare' dipping. While waiting its boiling, the staff will put some ground nuts on top of it. This dipping tasted peanuty and sweet because its consisted of ground peanut, sugar palm and spices to enrich the flavours.
